Pexxnet does not offer refunds for direct service charges related to execution services (such as new connections, technician visits, installations, moving services, or bill payments). However, as a mediator, we assist customers in claiming refunds directly from service providers, including Xfinity, Dish, and others, if applicable.

Refund Process

• Refunds for eligible services typically take 7 business days to process.
• All refund requests must be reviewed and verified to ensure they meet our criteria or that of the service provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

Execution fees charged by Pexxnet for services such as technician visits, service installations, or moving services are non-refundable, as these are payments for work directly carried out by Pexxnet on behalf of the customer.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with the following:

• Service request details
• Service provider name (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Xfinity, Dish, etc.)
• Reason for the refund request

Once reviewed, Pexxnet will guide you through the process of claiming a refund with the service provider if eligible.
